Attention Vendors for the Summer 2024 indoor/outdoor market:

Vendor setup begins 1.5 hours before the market starts. Setup schedules will be enforced if necessary. Vendors are required to swiftly unload vehicles and relocate them to assigned parking areas BEFORE setting up. Vendor parking is designated in the last aisle of the parking lot (refer to the map). During the outdoor market, no vendor parking is permitted behind tents unless approved in advance by the Market Manager, restricted only to food vendors operating from their vehicles or disabled individuals. All vehicles must be relocated to the designated parking area 1 hour before market begins.

Vendors must be prepared to operate from the designated opening time until the closing time without exception. Strict enforcement will be applied, and late arrivals may be turned away or relocated to an alternate spot if space allows. Early departures must be arranged in advance by contacting the Market Manager before market day.

Vendors are required to clean their areas thoroughly, leaving them in a broom-clean condition. Each vendor is responsible for disposing of their own trash and should bring suitable trash containers for this purpose. Trash related to the market may be disposed of in the designated dumpsters. You must have the Market Manager check your space before departure. Failure to comply may result in the removal of that vendor from the market for future events.

If returns or credits are not accepted, this policy must be prominently displayed for customers. Otherwise, sales are conducted at your own risk, and customers may anticipate returns or credits.

Personal items and boxes must be stored out of sight at all times. Table coverings must extend to the ground; plastic coverings are not allowed.

Vendors must provide their own tent and tables. It is mandatory for all vendors to properly secure their tents with sufficient weights. Each corner of your tent should have weights of at least 15 lbs. If you do not have appropriate weights, you will not be

permitted to set up. Tent sizes should be 10x10 and must fit within your allocated space and align with adjacent vendors.

Payments are required one week in advance for the upcoming event. Failure to submit payment before the current month begins will result in being unable to set up. Payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of the Farmers Market’s cancellation, partial refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of authorized affiliates for vendors who have paid the month in full.

All Farmers Market participants are obligated to promote the foundation positively and professionally at all times, both on-site and off-site. Any negative behavior towards the foundation, other vendors or customers may lead to immediate termination. In case of conflict, vendors must promptly contact the Market Manager.

Vendors must carry a copy of Personal and Product Liability Insurance, County Operating License, FL Dept. of Revenue, and FL Dept. of Agriculture (if applicable) or DBPR licensing at all times during market operations, or they may not be permitted to operate. The appropriate operating license should be readily available in case of state inspections. Cottage Law bakers must ensure all products are properly labeled. Sampling of products is at the discretion of the participant and should comply with federal and state regulations, including food safety measures.

Venue affiliates reserve the right to modify the layout, terms and conditions, or any aspect of the market at any time, with or without prior notice. Advertisement and vendor participation are subject to the sole discretion of the Naples Italian American Foundation.
