Three Italian Language Classes

10:00 am – Beginning Italian with Grammar – Lyn Errico, Instructor

11:00 am – Conversational Italian (conducted 100% in Italian) – Carla Menza, Instructor

1:00 on  –  Intermediate Italian (assumes some Italian) – Federico Buonafede, Instructor

MONDAYS OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL

at NIAF, 7035 Airport Rd., Naples, FL 34109

The  Italian Language Classes are Free to members;  Non-Member fee is $100 per person for the series.

Lyn Errico, instructor, has taught this course for several years at NIAF.  The focus is to achieve proficiency with basic words and grammar to communicate in Italian surroundings.  Classes will be held on Mondays at 10 am and will last about 1 hour.

Intermediate Italian:

Italian Native Federico Buonafede conducts our Intermediate Italian classes with enthusiasm and knowledge exactly as he had been taught in Italy.  Basic Italian grammar will be necessary. Students will learn pronunciation, phrases and other nuances of the languages.  Classes will be held Mondays at 1 pm, and the class will last about 2 hours.

Conversational Italian:

Carla Menza, instructor, is a native Italian fluent in both English and Italian, and has taught our series for several years.  The class assumes you have a fair Italian vocabulary, and practices using your words in everyday conversation. (The class is conducted entirely in Italian). Students will learn additional words and phrases.  Classes will be held on MONDAYS at 11 am and will last about 1 hour. The series begins October 2, 2023 and concludes April 29, 2023.

One of the objectives at the Foundation is to provide Italian language studies at various levels. The 2023-2024 Season (October – April) will feature three classes; Beginning, Intermediate and Conversational.  All classes are held on Mondays at different times

Class Policy:

There is no refund  for missed classes.

The start and end dates will be sent via email to members and interested parties in advance.

Study books are chosen by the teacher and are to be purchased by each student. Homework is at the discretion of the teacher. Register early for classes by calling: 239-597-5210
